A great book on EXERCISE CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME (and FMS) is Fiona Agombar’s ‘Beat Fatigue With Yoga’ book 'Beat Fatigue With Yoga: The Simple Step-by-Step Way To Restore Energy'. In Fiona’s book ‘Beat Fatigue with Yoga’ was published by Element was greatly acclaimed by people with M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as it showed a clear way forward for people to work towards recovery, using the breathing, meditation and yoga n: I'd recommend this book to everyone, but especially those with fatigue problems. There are sections covering recovery from CFS, and how it develops, which in my experience is pretty accurate. It's well written, well organised, and informative.
